Jeff Hill founded Hill and Hill in 1983.  The company originally served the area as a dock and barge company and is still known in the Table Rock Lake area for that service.  In 1985, Jeff was awarded his first contract from the US Army Corps of Engineers to carry out Operations and Maintenance services on Table Rock Lake.  This work includes dock and barge work, plumbing, electrical and carpentry work needed to maintain USACE park facilities.  Hill and Hill has continually been awarded this contract since 1985.

Since the 1990’s, the company grew with the responsibilities of the Corps contract and expanded to include Federal Government and Private work.  Working according to federal safety rules and regulations made Hill and Hill stand out from the other companies in the area.  Click here for a list of key employees and their experience

Expansion of services to larger excavation and wastewater systems was a natural move when Jeff’s son Sean joined the business.  Sean is a technical advisor for numerous area water quality committees. Together they can provide a wider variety of services to area customers.

When Hill and Hill started offering excavation services to private individuals and local builders, it was obvious that the quality of work provided exceeded expectations.  Hill and Hill continues to uphold quality as a cornerstone of our business practice.

Our Quality Sets Us Apart!

About Us

Hill and Hill is involved locally in community service and support.

We participate in local fundraising such as at the Shakin’ in the Shell festival in Shell Knob.

We participate in shoreline cleanup activities and other volunteer projects around Table Rock Lake and surrounding areas.

Our "team" is the best.

Hill and Hill is an environmentally conscious company and strives to provide services that reflect this way of thinking. In the past, Hill and Hill has been a part of Habitat Restoration Projects carried out on Table Rock Lake and the White River.

In January 2007, Hill and Hill was a part of the disaster cleanup efforts after the ice storm in Southwestern Missouri, and was first to mobilize to the area for storm debris removal after the 2008 Neosho tornado.

Hill and Hill continues to perform work for Table Rock Lake Water Quality Inc. and the Watershed Committee of the Ozarks.  The work performed includes the use of heavy construction equipment; and the design, installation and maintenance of conventional and advanced onsite wastewater systems.  These systems have been installed at lake front properties on Table Rock Lake and in the surrounding watershed areas.  Hill and Hill recognizes the important role the lake serves in our community, and enjoys being a part of the prosperity of Table Rock Lake.
